Well, what to think? That's two days in a row where the market started out pretty well, and they sold into it. Granted it wasn't as bad as the day before where we went from up 350 to up just 50, but we were up about 50 yesterday and closed down 107.

That's two.

Good morning all, welcome to a new day.

So, what was yesterday? Who knows. Maybe the Mueller investigation rattled them. Maybe Tony Podesta stepping down from his own lobbying firm got them thinking this is wider and deeper than they expected. Or maybe it was just a pause day, because Friday was insane?  I'm sure we'll find out.  In any event, we lost 85 DOW points and 8 S&P's, as the market simply didn't have any traction at all.

Good morning everyone, welcome to a new day.

You all know what happened yesterday. Because of a few big name DOW stocks "supposedly" doing will with earnings, we had a 167 point DOW rally. It didn't quite spread too much into the S&P which only managed 4 points, or the NASDAQ which was lucky to get 11 since it was actually red a couple times during the morning shift.

Good morning all, welcome back from your weekend. I trust it was a pleasant one for you and you enjoyed it with family and friends. Ours was quiet but nice, as some relatives from "up north" stopped by during their vacation and the family got a chance to meet up with them and have a nice dinner.  On Sunday, the wife had her mind set that some shrubs and ornamental plants "WERE" getting trimmed up, and there was no way out of that one. Luckily I employed the help of my younger son and boy isn't youth wonderful?  I remember having energy like that. It got done.

Good morning all, welcome back from your weekend. As always I hope it was a really good one for you all. My wife had a fun day Saturday, as she wanted to get a new dress for the wedding she's going to in NJ. Her niece is getting married in November and she spent the day finding just the right dress and accessories.

Good morning all, welcome back from your weekend. Unless of course you work in a bank or something and you're off for the Columbus Holiday. Then, I'm extremely jealous of you.

Good morning everyone, we've made it to another one of those Friday things that seem to get here faster each year.

Except for the flow of earnings releases, the overnight session was pretty quiet. MSFT was the "big one" and they did pretty well. Interestingly, after their release they were up strongly, then faded to go red. This morning they've inched back to green.

Good morning all, I hope you're enjoying your 4th of July Holiday period. As always I hope your weekend was a great one.

The wife and I had a very cool experience Sunday. Because we're now in the rainy season, you can count on a thunderboomer almost every afternoon. So we didn't want to risk the beach, and decided to walk the Sky way fishing pier. About halfway out I saw some people looking very concerned, as they peered over the concrete rail. The skyway fishing pier is actually the old roadway of the original skyway bridge and made of concrete and steel. Anyway, we could see something going on and walked over.  The roadbed is about 15 feet above the water and down below was a 250 - 200 lb green sea turtle in trouble.

Good morning, happy Wednesday to you....

They tried and tried but couldn't pull it off. They got us to 2400 yesterday and we spent the bulk of the session trying to get past it. We'd bump into it, fade, bump into it, fade....on and on

Good morning everyone, we've made it to Thursday, which for this week...is the last trading session of the week.

The market is closed for Good Friday tomorrow and rightfully so. It's a good thing for people to look away from Wall Street and money and reflect on some real priorities of life.
