Good morning everyone, welcome back from your weekend. I hope it was a great one for you all.  Just a heads up, this coming weekend is a 3 day event for us market watchers. The market  is closed on the 20th for Washington's birthday.

Good morning all, welcome to a new day. For our friends in the NorthEast, I wish you the best as you deal with the ice and snow. While my roots might lie on the shores of Southern NJ, I must admit I do not miss the snow, ice and cold.  Sure I have some ( and by some I mean just a few!) fond memories, however.

Hello everyone, welcome to the Christmas week.

As always I hope you all had a tremendous weekend. I know for a lot of you it's been hard, considering half the country is socked down by heavy snow and wicked cold. We've been pretty fortunate down here in Florida as we've been enjoying the warmth and sunshine

Good morning all, welcome back from your weekend!  As always, I hope it was a good one for you all. Down here in sunny Florida, we had our first blast of "cold" come through.  Last evening the wife and I were in a waterfront restaurant and you could feel the chill sweeping across the water. By the time we got home it was only 52.  When I got up this am, the thermometer read.....drum roll.... 39.   That's pretty darned chilly for us!    But looking at the weather maps for a wide swath of the nation, we're in great shape down here.  Up in New York and PA, friends of mine were posting photo's of 4, 5, 7 inches of snow.  It's undenyable... winter is here.

Good morning all, welcome back from your weekend. I'm hoping it was a fun one for you all. Down here in Florida, the weather simply couldn't have been better with bright blue skies and temps in the mid 70's.  But like most things in life it brings a downside. All the people fleeing the snow and cold of the north have come down to FL and as each year progresses the traffic gets worse and worse.  We call it "in season" when the snowbirds come south. So for the locals, in season brings traffic, long lines, waiting times for restaurants, packed parking lots, etc. I've only been here 10 years and the difference between then and now is startling. Oh well. The birds will fly back north in June and things will become a bit more normal.
