Mornin all, we've made it to Fed day.

Not to beat the dead horse, but I'll give my opinion again. I don't believe that Powell is going to cut rates today. There's quite a few people that do think that, but I just think it will reek of desperation. Instead I think that they're going to lay out the commentary as to why we're going to see them cut in July.

Hey everyone, good morning to you.

So the day has already become a clown show. Overnight, Mario Draghi said the ECB is ready to go cut rates and fire up the QE machine. Just like Powell here in the US, it was just half a year ago that Draghi was talking tough about hiking rates. Now he's going full blown dove again, which of course threw the currency markets into a snit.

Good morning everyone, welcome back from what I hope was a tremendous weekend. Ours was very different for a change. Being creatures of habit, we generally do our running around on Saturday, meaning groceries, post office, banking, etc. Then on Sunday, we either find a park to hike through, or a trail or a fishing pier, or our standard bike ride to the beach.

Good morning all, we've made it to another Friday.

So, yesterday we heard from the Trump Admin that they're pinning the blame on the ship bombings on Iran. That got oil off the deck, but didn't really send it "higher", it just came off its lows. the DOW put in 101 points, the S&P gained 11.  Pretty good for rising tensions, no? Yes.

Good morning all, welcome to Wednesday. I'm late, and for a good reason. After my dental surgery Tuesday, I literally got no sleep Tuesday night. So, when I went to bed last night, I was beat.

The next thing I knew, it was 8 am.  Wow. I'm usually awake between 5:30 and 6:30 am.  Not today, I was catching up on badly needed rest.

6.12.2019 - My Evening Rant is out! Bookmark

Hello all!  My Wednesday evening rant about all things UnGodly is now posted. Tonight we're looking at the mass migration of Sub-Saharan refugees that are storming our Southern border. How's they get here? Who's paying their freight? What's their purpose? Do they have Ebola? Is this a biological attack?

In Market land we look at the breather the market is taking, and ponder if it has more to run. Last weeks blast higher was epic, and we cashed out on two positions, taking in 4 bucks per share on each. That's good trading for 5 days.

The First Case

In what might be a blessing for many of you, today’s letter will be a bit shorter than normal. I had to endure some dental surgery yesterday, which led me to getting just 2.5 hours of sleep last night. I’m draggin today.

I have told you all that the migrant invasion in Europe was not some organically grown movement. It wasn’t hard working sub Saharan’s looking for a better life. No, it was/is an orchestrated invasion, put together by elitist scumbags that want to do away with borders, nationalities and race, and of course Christianity.

Hello all.

I'm not 100% by a long shot this morning after yesterdays dental surgery. Sleep was a non existent luxury, so I'm really dragging.

Oh well, this too shall pass.

Morning all, it seems like the madness will continue another day.  One might have thought that 1400 points in a week was "enough" but evidently not. I woke up this am, to + 140 DOW futures. Again.

Hello all, welcome back from your weekend. I hope it was a great one for you all.

If you're a Horizons subscriber, you know that the highlight of my weekend was a visit Sunday afternoon  by 2 "Nanday Conures" , which are medium sized parrots, that came to feast at our bird feeders yesterday. Ever since escaping in the 60's, many varieties of parrots that were once pets, have taken up residence in Florida, and they continue to thrive here.
