Good morning all, welcome to another sunrise.

Okay, so yesterday got weird in the afternoon. If you remember, I had to take the wife to the office furniture warehouse. But it should have only taken us about an hour and a half or so, and that's why I said I'd do an update at around 3. Well, that got cancelled.

Morning all, welcome to hump day.

The futures have been wandering this morning. At 6 am, they were up over 200, but now at 8:17 they're up just 90.

We just got the ADP employment report. 20 million 200 thousand people lost their job in April. March was revised lower.

Hello everyone, welcome to a new day, and one that has brought more "headline" news.

I said last night that the market would probably be stuck just under the S&P 50 day moving average UNLESS we got either more jawboning or something good concerning the trade war. Well, we got that.

Can it get any wilder?  Yesterday they were grilling the social media platforms over censoring speech, which will lead to Uncle Sam regulating them. ( Which is what they want from the get go)

Then the "Op-Ed" hit. I'm sure you've heard about it, it's plastered all over the news. Supposedly some "high official" in the Trump White House has written an anonymous op-ed for the NYT, saying how a group in the White house is actually the resistance, and trying to keep control over this "wild man" and have even discussed ways to get him out and thwart his agendas.

Good morning all, welcome to Wednesday.

Remember a while back I was saying that the Bank of International Settlements was making noise that it was "time" to start taking some of the excess out of the market? They meant it might be time to start "normalizing" things such as rates, and reducing asset balance sheets. Well the markets have ignored them. Here's a blurb about what the BIS was thinking:

Well now. This is interesting isn't it.

Yesterday they had all the chances in the world to sell the market. In the morning, they did just that. But then they slowly came in and worked it right back up, pulling off a 3 point S&P gain and just a one point DOW loss.

Good morning everyone, we've made it to another Friday. Is it me or do they just roar on by faster and faster?  It sure seems like this week was a blur

Hello all, Happy Wednesday to you.

NOTE>>> I have a Cisco "workstation" splitter that sends net to three different devices here in the office. Well, it's dying. Starting last night it would periodically just shut down, and I'd have to reboot it. It's happened 2X this am already. When it happens, my work computer and my trading computer go down.  I know I have another one somewhere in my boxes of electrical junk, and I'm going to try and find it  after the open.  I'm simply warning that I might be late with the second update.

Good morning everyone, welcome to Wednesday.

Yesterday was a roller coaster ride of up and downs in a relatively narrow range. I lost count of how many times we dipped red/went green/went red. But when it was all over and the final bell had rung, we had finally eeked out a green close on both the DOW and the S&P. While it wasn't gangbusters, we got 39 DOW points and just about 1.5 on the S&P.

Hello everyone. Are you ready for another day in this wonderland we call a market?

Yesterday followed the plot of the day before. A deep drop at the open, which they spent the bulk of the day fixing. On Monday we had dropped 226 only to end the day down 122. Yesterday we were down 186 only to end the day down 107
